If you want to keep yourself healthy on daily basis then you should follow these healthy habits.

  • Tulsi leaf a day keeps you away from Cancer.
  • 3ltrs of water per day saves you from diseases.  
  • Avoid to take heavy meals after 5pm. And make a rule to eat heavy breakfast and light dinner.
  • If you want best digestion then drink more water in the morning and less water in the evening.
  • After taking medicine do not lie down immediately but do some physical activity.   
  • Eat at least one apple per day keeps the doctor away.  
  • Always try to answer your phone from left ear because brain is closer to the right.
  • Always try to take medicine with hot water or lukewarm water,but not cold water.
  • One lemon a day keeps your fat away from your body.
  • The best time to relax your body is sleep from 10pm to 4am.
  • Do not answer the phone when battery is less than 10% because at that time radiations are 1000 times more stronger.
