Today researches have been made to show that the people who just sit all the day either it is for work or to watch TV die early, Because if you sit all the day or 8 hours for work and don't get single hour for workout or yoga or exercise or any other physical activity then it can cause harmful effects to your healthy life.
   Hence its an alarming situation for you people that if you are not getting an hour for your own health. You should just get up and should take out some time for doing some workout.
   Because the researchers have made a detailed report showing that the people who died more are those who don't do any exercise and the rate of people who usually get time for doing workouts is less.
       So we should not just involve ourselves in laptops or mobiles or television but should also there is a need to go out of the house and play some cricket or football with friends in the ground.
