A certain amount of water level is necessary for human body.Because it is compulsory to hydrate your body with water because a lot of water excretes from body in the form of urine,sweat etc. Hence it is our duty to keep our self healthy and fit so we should drink more and more water. There are 6 signs that show you are not drinking enough water.So if you see any of these signs then take as much water as you can.These are as follow:
Your Color of urine
            The color of urine shows that if you are dehydrated or not. It means if the color of urine is dark yellow then it shows that you should take more water because your body is dehydrated.
Your Dry skin
                  If you are not taking enough water it will directly affect your skin and you will see that your skin color will change and it becomes dry also.
Your Headaches
              Sometimes we feel such type of headaches like when we move the pain also moves in our head. This is the sign that you should take more water.
Your Hunger
                Water can make your hunger sleepy, i mean if you feel hungry then if you take single glass of water then you will feel that you are no longer hungry.
Your Dizziness
                       If you feel dizziness then it is a clear sign that you should go and take a glass of water .
Your Normal urination 
                A normal person urinates 6-7 times a day if he takes enough water.
HOW MUCH WATER YOU SHOULD DRINK:
                       Research suggests that a person should take about 8-12 glasses of water daily.Hope this is helpful for all of you.
